How to Book a Hunt

Cancelled Hunts Available

TR Safari Adventures has opportunities on a regular basis where they are able to book hunters into with outfitters who have a cancellation. These situations often occur because the outfitter has taken a deposit on a hunt and their client has needed to back out of the hunt due to unforeseen reasons. In most cases, unfortunately their clients have already paid their 40 to 50% deposits on the hunt to hold their date, and have sacrificed their entire deposit due to late cancellation. For those of you available to leave on a moment’s notice these hunts are available to you for only the cost of the remaining balance due. This is an opportunity for you to save possibly thousands of dollars on a dream hunt.

Our outfitters keep us advised of any Cancellations as they become available, so that we have the opportunity to offer these great hunts to our clients first. Most of these offers come close to the hunting seasons, and open up at the last minute, so sometimes you’ll only have a day or two to prepare. As a client of TR Safari Adventures, Tom will do his best to advise each of his clients of these adventures – and he does this at no charge for clients that have previously worked with TR Safari Adventures. Last Minute Hunts Available

Are you ready to go hunting today, or within the next week? Tom has last minute hunts available on a limited basis from time to time at considerably reduced pricing. With today’s ever changing hunters market, outfitters occasionally have last minute spots available for areas that did not sell out during the marketing season, or for spots where less hunters have booked than were promised by some of their groups. These hunts are available from North America, Africa, and all parts of the world. The hunts are not discounted fire sale hunts. They are the same hunts that these outfitters offer in their quality areas around the world, and the same hunts that you would want to book, given the opportunity. These hunts are only available due to hunters backing out of previous bookings, or additional tags and licenses being offered that were not available earlier in the sales season.
